Observed small single-use plastic containers, with no designated handle, being used as scoops in many of the spice containers. Alerted manager and asked them to remove these plastic containers from the spices, at time of inspection. Scoops used for food must have designated handles. When not in active use, scoops must be stored in a way that the handle is up and out of the food. Discussed utensil-between-use requirements with staff. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
