Observed that there was no consumer advisory on the menu for eggs. Person in charge (PIC) stated that some customers order their eggs to preference, but that most eggs are scrambled. Discussed with PIC that the digital menu will need to be edited, or all eggs will need to be cooked to temperature. PIC made a sign to hang under the menu until the digital sign is edited. Corrected at time of inspection. Offering and serving undercooked proteins requires an approved consumer advisory at all points of sale; and must contain an approved disclosure method and reminder statement.
