Cold brew with internal temperature of 57*F stored in dispenser unit. PIC stated the cold brew was mixed and placed in the dispenser around 4:30 AM today. The cold brew was discarded. The dispenser unit was also not refrigerated. Discussed TCS status of cold brew coffee. Current method at facility would be considered TCS and requires refrigeration. Cold brew will be stored in walk-in unit additional refrigeration is added/repaired.
