Observed a large bottle of soap concentrate sitting inside the small washing sink basin by the three-compartment sink. Alerted manager who moved the soap bottle at time of inspection. The wall-mounted soap dispenser had soap at the time of inspection. Staff to ensure handwashing sinks are not blocked at any time. Handwashing sinks to be ALWAYS maintained unobstructed and accessible. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
