Correct the following items: 1) Provide a door self-closure at the back door. 2)Repair/replace damaged cove base tiles. 3)Provide washable ceiling tiles above the soda tower. 4)Seal the gaps at sink/wall junctures. Note: A 30-gallon water heater is installed. The water heater must be upgraded to a 50-gallon water heater if there is insufficient hot water or when it needs to be replaced.
