Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Raw pork sausage piled above the proper fill level in a pan in the top of the cold table at 53*F internally. Employee stated the sausage had been out for less than 0.5 hour. All TCS foods improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection.
