Noted the walk-in unit is holding at 57*F. Cooked chicken, cooked pork, and egg fu-young are holding at 47-50*F. Per owner, the foods were made yesterday. Owner noted the unit is not holding properly about an hour before. Foods were moved into the walk-in freezer to cool down and owner placed a service call to technician. Corrective Action: Correct within 24 hours.
