Observed some organic matter/residue on the inside of the Horchata beverage dispenser unit at the soda fountain. Discussed with person in charge to clean the nozzles at the soda fountains on a more regular basis to prevent the accumulation of organic matter and debris inside the nozzles. The person in charge will clean the nozzles. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection.
