Inspector's notes

Observed drain lines of the hand sink and food prep sink in the front service area touching the ground. Discussed with person in charge the need to adjust/lift it so that the floor is easily accessible for cleaning. Also observed leaky faucet at three compartment sink. Discussed importance of repairing all leaks of faucets to prevent further damage and water waste. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
