Observed prepackaged TCS (time temperature control for safety) food items in the grab and go cooler with temperature 46F - 52F. Food items included bean/cheese and meat burritos, tuna sandwiches, deli meat sandwiches, chicken sandwiches and ham/cheese lunchables. The food items had been in the cooler for more than 4 hours and were embargoed at the time of inspection. Grab and go cooler had ambient temperature of 48.7F as measured with inspector min/max thermometer. Discussed with the person in charge proper cold holding temperature for TCS foods of 41F or less and not overfilling the cooler. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
