Predefined Comment: Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks.

Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection 8/25/26. Numerous drain flies present at the mop sink and in the dishwashing area, a few flies near the back door. Please have certified pest control to eradicate pests.
