PIC is not using the cooler for TCS product and agreed not to until it is functioning properly. PIC called in work order at time of inspection.

Observed wiping cloths sitting in buckets of sanitizer with a chlorine concentration of 0ppm. After further investigation it was found that the three-compartment sink from which the sanitizer was pulled needed to have two packets of the sanitizer placed in it instead of one. PIC added another packet and refilled the buckets so with an approved concentration level. Wiping cloths were placed in an approved sanitizer concentration at time of inspection. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations.
