Inspector's notes

Observed ice bucket at the bar with a small crack on one of the corners and another small crack up top on the rim of the bucket. The cracks in the bucket are such that the bucket is no longer smooth, durable or easily cleanable. Discussed with person in charge to acquire a new ice bucket. All food-contact surfaces must be smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed no paper towels available at the handwashing sink at the bar. Upon further observation it was observed that the paper towel dispenser is not operational and the paper towels were instead placed on top of some chemical dispensing bottles. Person in charge moved the paper towel rolls off of the chemical dispensing bottles and onto the counter. Person in charge put in a work order to have the paper towel dispenser fixed. Please ensure that handwashing sinks are adequately supplied with soap and paper towels and are in operational order. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
