No labels indicating that juice in made in house and thus unpasteurized located on bottle. A label reading "WARNING: This product has not been pasteurized and, therefore, may contain harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness in children, the elderly, and persons with weakened immune systems." will need to be added to any juice fresh made.

Of note: establishment had advertisement for raw goat meat and goat stomach for sale in the meat display case fridge, however, the fridge was empty and did not appear to be operating. Did not observe any raw meats in the meat display fridge, walk-in refrigerator, or any of the additional refrigeration units onsite. Requested owner remove signs from display case until the establishment has been approved for a meat market permit.
