Inspector's notes

Observed two large receptacles for trash and recycling with their lids completely open. Discussed with Person in Charge (PIC) that since refuse areas may attract and harbor insects and pests, as well as create a public health nuisance, particular attention must be paid to the maintenance of the refuse facilities and area. Lids should always be on and tight fitting. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
