Observed 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer in the dish machine at the bar, actively being used at time of inspection. Chlorine sanitizer should be between 50-100 ppm to ensure dishes are properly sanitized. The machine was primed and didn't test. The machine was placed out of order, and the establishment contacted their technician. The 3-compartment sink will be used in the meantime. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Priority Foundation-6-501.115, Pf: Prohibiting Observed multiple leashed dogs walking throughout inside the establishment. One dog was observed lying on the floor next to the bar counter then siting on a chair at the bar counter then jumping on a customers lap who was sitting at the bar counter. The establishment does not have a dog friendly patio permit. The person in charge stated dogs have been regularly allowed inside the establishment and the bar stores and provides dog bowls for dogs. Discussed not allowing animals other than service animal inside the food establishment. The person in charge spoke to the customer to have the dog removed from the inside the establishment at the time of inspection.
