Observed no paper towels available at the back hand sink next to the three compartment sink. Hand sinks must be stocked with a hand drying provision at all times to ensure proper hand washing can take place. Paper towels were stocked at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 6-301.11 - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Cleanser, Availability.
