Inspector's notes

Observed vegetables sitting in vegetable wash measuring over 100 PPM. Staff stated they had had the automatic vegetable wash dispenser serviced a week and a half prior. After the service, the automatic dispenser was dispensing the wash above the recommended use range (30-60PPM). Staff diluted the wash with additional water until it tested in range. Staff to continue diluting the solution to the recommended use range and test the solution after each dilution. The store manager plans to reach out to a third party to adjust the automatic dispenser. Discussed the importance of using chemicals within their recommended ranges to avoid toxicity concerns. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
