-- In dry stroage area, multiple containers of bleach and hand soaps observed stored above bags of gloves used for food preparation. No visible contamination observed. Chemicals must be stored away from food, utensils, and single service items at all times to prevent contamination. All chemicals were relocated and properly stored by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

-- Observed only latex gloves available for use in the kitchen. Reviewed MCESD approved gloves for food handling: nitrile gloves, polyethylene (poly) gloves, or vinyl gloves. Latex gloves are not approved for food handling. The person in charge stated they are waiting on their shipment of approved food service gloves. Discussed with food handling employee and PIC minimizing direct contact with food while wearing the latex gloves until shipment arrives. Discussed using suitable utensils such as scoops and tongs to prevent latex gloves directly contacting ready-to-eat foods. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
