Please address the following items prior to the re-inspection in 30 days: 1. Provide a vented dual check valve (ASSE 1022) at the water connection point of the espresso machine. 2. Noted some of the drainpipes from equipment, ware wash, work sinks, and dishwasher are hanging below the flood rim of the floor sinks. Elevate drainpipes to provide minimum 1" air gap from the end of the pipe to the finished floor. 3. Seal all gaps, cracks, penetrations throughout the facility. This includes under the hood, walls trims, gaps around pipe penetrations and at exterior doors' gap. 4. Detail clean throughout the kitchen. Remove any equipment and wares that are not part of the daily operation.
