Observed kale, chicken tenders, cut leaf lettuce, Monterey jack cheese cold holding at internal temperature of 46-57 deg F in a reach in unit holding >41 deg F. Manager informed the kale and Monterey jack cheese had been holding in reach in since night prior and discarded and placed remaining food items in walk in unit. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed one of the reach in cold units on the food preparation line holding temperature at 53.8 deg F for the bottom portion of unit. All TCS food items removed from unit and was discarded or redirected to walk in unit. Currently there is no TCS food items holding in unit. Manager will call for repair. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
