Employee at the fryer handled raw spicy chicken patties, then went to handle cooked fries and clean utensils without changing gloves and washing hands. Employee at the grill area handled the headset on his head, then went to handle beef patties without changing gloves and washing hands. The PIC instructed both employees to wash hands and they did so. . Ensure that employees wash hands often enough during food preparation to prevent cross contamination and when changing tasks. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
