Observed fruit and cream cheese danish and vanilla almond danish (custard) holding 68 F in pastry case by register, per PIC they were removed from refrigeration 4 hours prior. Discussed with PIC that these items are time/temperature controlled for safety foods and must be refrigerated or kept on time control. Pastries were discarded.
