Advised PIC to ensure that ice water levels are maintained at the height of the food or higher. Ensure TCS foods are not mounded above which may result in foods rapidly warming.
Inspector's notes
Please provide corrections to the following that were noted on the ownership change. (1) The bar refrigerator outside of bar area may not be stored on carpet. Relocate to bar area. (2) Provide missing clean out covers near soda fountain area (3) Replace the laminate shelving located over the soda fountain. Provide stainless steel shelves. (4) Flash off the dish machine hood to the ceiling (5) Replace the ceiling light bulb located at the dish machine (6) Caulk all holes in the walls. (7) Re-organize the walk-in freezer so that everything is off the floor, and so that the door may close. Noted build-up of ice. Provide addition upright NSF freezers as needed Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
