Person in charge stated that the kitchen is not used often and has not been used for about 2 to 3 months. Freezer and refrigeration was working properly, equipment was properly maintained. Person in charge also indicated that they were thinking about changing the concept for the establishment to a coffee bar. Advised person in charge that prior to making facility changes plans should be submitted for a remodel.
