In the reach-in cooler several pre-packaged food were found with the following prep dates: Tortellini pasta 4/27/25, Red Chill, 5/2/25, chickken salami meal 5/3/25, cesar salad 5/2/25, chicekn salad 4/22, cooked shirop 5/3/25, Ahi Tuna salad 5/5/25. Food items were held for more than 7 days without discarding. The food items were embargoed and voluntarily discarded by the person in charge at the time of inspection. Please ensure RTE/TCS food items are not kept for more than 7 days in the refrigerator after being opened/prepared/cut/cooked. Provided date marking sticker

There are no chlorine or quat tests stirps available to check for sanitizer concentration during manual dishwashing in the kitchen area. No dishes were being washed during the inspection. Please obtain chlorine test strips within 10 days and e-mail picture with receipt in order to correct the issue.
