Observed three open packages of rip n dip sandwiches in the freezer, one sticking out of the package. Informed PIC that the open packaged food needs to be discarded due to the package integrity being compromised. The open packaged food was discarded at time of inspection. All food must be in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. All adulterated food was discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
