Observed half and half creamer cold holding in the drive-thru creamer dispenser with an internal temperature of 51-53F, probe thermometer, verified by person in charge (PIC). PIC unsure of how long the creamer was stored in the dispenser. PIC voluntarily discarded , see embargo form. Discussed the importance of maintaining cold food at 41F or less to limit pathogen growth and avoid causing foodborne illness. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
