Observed in-use utensils in bulk food containers with handles in contact with food. Educated PIC that if utensils are stored in food, the handles must be stored above the surface of the food. Discussed with PIC about installing hooks outside of the container or providing gloves for customers to use in self-service. Correct prior to next routine inspection.
