Inspector's notes
Observed a pool of blood in meat market walk-in unit. Observed excess blood on the storage cart in the walk-in. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. PIC designated an employee to clean and sanitize the area to prevent contamination. Corrected at time of inspection.

Spoke with PIC about thawing under cool running water and the faucet was turned on for the prep sink.
