Inspector's notes
Observed slow to drain floor drain in bakery prep area. Per manager, drain got clogged. All other sinks observed to be in good working order. Manager placed work order for plumbing service. Discussed ensuring all drains are maintained cleaned to prevent blockages. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
