Facility is missing base coving at floor to wall juncture near handsink to side of prep table near band saw leaving a large gap below wall exposed. Additionally, the floor around the floor drain near band saw is damaged and collecting water under flooring. Please ensure facility floors are maintained in good repair. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
