In the cold holding drawers under the stove, observed raw beef at 45*F, lamb gyro at 46*F, raw chicken at 46*F, and pre cooked chicken wings at 46*F. All foods were placed in the unit 1.5 hours prior. Foods were moved to walk in to cool. Unit was holding at 45.3*F on inspectors min/max thermometer.
