This is the 2nd repeat violation. In the reach in cooler in the bar, observed a gallon of milk at 54*F and a carton of half and half at 54*F. Per employee, milk and half and half were placed in the unit 3.5 hours prior. They were moved to walk in cooler to rapidly cool.
