Observed damaged ceiling tiles in the cutting room. Insulation could be observed through the missing tiles. Clear signs of water damage due to condensation build up from condensers in the ceiling. PIC stated they have a work order in with the company and are awaiting a bid from repairmen. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Correct prior to next routine inspection.
