Spoke with operator, inspection scheduled for 11/9 at 9:30 at BLT Kitchen.

Operator emailed that they would not be able to make 11/2 appointment at commissary kitchen. Will reach out to re-schedule for week of 11/6.

Appointment for inspection is scheduled on Thursday 11/2 at 10:00.

Appointment to be re-scheduled for week of 10/30. Asked operator to get back by end of the week to for day that will be at shared kitchen.

Emailed operator to confirm time and day of inspection. Operator requested the inspection be moved to 10/26. Inspection will be conducted on 10/26.
