Observed rodent droppings and small, live, unidentifiable insects behind the trash can under the soda counter. Educated PIC that establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Must eliminate current pest control problem, obtain pest control from a certified and licensed pest control specialist, and clean all signs of pests by re-inspection. Correct prior to re-inspection on 4/8/25.

Observed excessive ice buildup on the floor, on the wall and behind the fan in the freezer walk-in. Please remove ice to prevent food contamination, equipment malfunctions, and slip hazards.
