Observed the mechanical warewashing not sanitizing properly chlorination was 0ppm and was in operation at the time of the inspection. Food-contact surfaces must be properly sanitized after washing and rinsing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Chlorine sanitizer shall maintain a level of 50ppm-100ppm.
