Observed several large containers with labels that are worn off. Per PIC the buckets were originally had pickles in the containers. Discussed with PIC the single use containers are not designed to be washed and reused for direct contact of foods, sauces, seasonings or dried goods. If the buckets are used for chemicals they shall be labeled with chemical common name. Discussed with PIC to replace with containers designed to be reused or to line containers with disposable food grade bags. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Also observed boxes of food stored directly on the ground. Discussed with PIC Food must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground at all times to prevent contamination from the premises.
