Inspector's notes

Observed discharge pipe from a wall-mounted air conditioning unit plumbed directly to the basin of the hand sink in the ice machine area. Discussed the importance of maintaining hand sinks open and available for handwashing activities with PIC. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. A reinspection will occur on or prior to 7/18/2025 to verify the correction. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
