Multiple boxes of food service gloves stored directly on the floor in the in the cookline area. PIC stated that the items would be removed off of the floor. Ensure that EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS, laundered LINENS, SINGLE-SERVICE, and SINGLE-USE ARTICLES are stored: (1) In a clean, dry location; (2) Where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and (3) At least 15 cm (6 inches) above the floor. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
