Observed open gap at the bottom of the garage door in the back of house. Per the person in charge (PIC) the garage door is used for deliveries and usually remains fully closed. PIC stated the garage door will be fully closed moving forward. Informed PIC on hazards of gaps along floors to prevent pest entry. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed wet baking trays stacked on top of one another to the right of the sanitizer sink of the 3 compartment sink. Per PIC the trays had been cleaned and sanitized were stacked there to dry due to limited drying space. Informed PIC on hazards of stacking wet dishes. PIC stated all trays will be moved to alternative rack to be separated and dried. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed a y-valve with a shutoff connected to mop sink located back of house. Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers. PIC removed the y-valve from the mop sink at time of inspection and ensured to only connect one hose at a time. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
