Caulking at hand wash station is beginning to crack and separate from the wall. ***2nd consecutive violation*** Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

PIC stated the food items and cooler were last checked at 11:00 AM today and were below 41*F. Ambient temperature at time of inspection was 48*F. PIC moved the items another reach-in cooler for cooling and continued cold holding. The salad cooler will not be used for cold holding until it is able to maintain an ambient temperature of 41*F or below. Please ensure cold held TCS food items are maintained at 41*F or below.
