Inspector's notes
Observed a container of oat milk, a container of regular milk and a container of half-n-half all with internal temperatures as measured using a probe thermometer of 51°F- 53°F inside of a small reach-in keg refrigerator near the cash register. A min-max thermometer was placed into the unit and allowed to stabilize for 10 minutes inside of the unit. The ambient air temperature inside of the unit was holding at 52°F. In discussion with the person in charge, the milk had been in the unit for less than 2 hours and was moved to alternative functioning refrigeration to rapidly chill back down 41°F or below. Discussed with person in charge to reach out to a technician to service the unit. Discussed with person in charge to utilize other refrigeration to hold milk or to use time-as-control for milk kept in that refrigerator until it is repaired. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Eggs not treated to destroy Salmonellae can be stored in equipment that maintains an ambient air temperature of 45°F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed handwashing sink in the front food and beverage prep area without soap available. Observed handwashing sink in the back area next to the 3-compartment sink that had soap available however the paper towel dispenser is damaged/broken and was not dispensing paper towels correctly. Discussed with person in charge to maintain all handwashing sinks with soap and a hand drying provision at all times and to replenish once empty. Person in charge supplied soap and will reach out to fix the paper towel dispenser. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed quat sanitizer levels testing below the appropriate concentration range of 150-400 ppm at the 3-compartment sink. Sanitizer bottle was empty. Person in charge substituted bleach sanitizer for quat sanitizer at their 3-compartment sink until they can acquire more quat sanitizer for their 3-compartment sink dispenser. PIC acquired some bleach and set up a bleach sanitizer solution. Bleach sanitizer solution was tested using bleach test strips and was within the appropriate range of 50-100 ppm for bleach sanitizer.
