Two containers of cooked macaroni are cooling with lids on stored on food prep table. Item was cooked less than two hours ago. Advised cook to ice bath the items to cool it to 41 Degree F then portion to containers . and cover them. Items were transferred into ice bath in three compartments sink and cooled down to 41 degrees F and stored in walk in cooler. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
