Inspector's notes

Observed no fecal-vomit kit or procedure on the premises of the establishment. Person in Charge (PIC) stated they may have a kit, but could not locate it at time of inspection. Provided PIC Vomit and Diarrhea Clean up Guidance on site and PIC located a bottle of chlorine bleach and properly stored it in a nearby office. Written procedures for clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events is required onsite at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed the drain lines from the dishwasher in the food prep below the flood rim of the three compartment sink creating an air break where an air gap is required. Maintenance fixed onsite at the time of inspection. Advised Maintenance that all plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
