Inspector's notes

Observed reach in cooler bottom drawer had an internal temperature of 65 degrees. Inside the reach in cooler there were prepared sandwiches with deli meat and cheese that had been prepared today at 8:45 AM with a discard time of 12:45 PM. Sandwiches were temped with probing thermometer and had a temperature of 65 degrees. All TCS foods improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
