Inspector's notes

Observed loose and hanging rubber seal from second cold holding unit door. Discussed with person in charge the importance of repairing door seal to ensure product inside maintains temperatures. All product observed holding proper temperatures at time of inspection. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes

Observed lids open to outside dumpsters. Also observed black trash bag on ground next to dumpster. Discussed keeping all dumpster lids closed and keeping area around dumpsters clear of trash and debris to prevent attraction of pests. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes

1). In the break room, clean and remove all debris from under the break room table. When done it is advised to raise the bottom shelve up to 6 – 8 inches so the floor can be easily swept. Correct prior to next routine inspection 6-101.11 - Core: Surface Characteristics-Indoor Areas Addl Notes: 1). Please continue with painting and caulking in the plywood panels in the back room. A few left. All wood needs to be painted out and may not shed like particle board will do over time. Before next routine inspection.
