Observed inside the walk in multiple plastic containers that had marisquera or jamaica stored directly on the ground. Per PIC, they were placed there yesterday. PIC moved all the plastic containers to a lower shelf area at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Food must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground at all times to prevent contamination from the premises.
