Quat used for sanitization in 3-compartment-sink and sanitation buckets with no quat test strips on-site. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Talked with PIC about proper testing of sanitizer. PIC ordered quat test strips and agreed to use bleach for sanitization with available chlorine test strips until the new test strips arrived. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
